As a children’s fiction writer, I’m drawn to stories where kids dare to explore the unknown, make unexpected friendships, and discover just how brave they can be!

After receiving an MA in Film & Literature from the University of York (UK), my storytelling career began as a writer for Webkinz World. Since then, I’ve published academically, made my TV screenwriting debut with Writing a Love Song in 2024, and wrote and produced the short-form series We Are Family for Canada’s Family Channel. Along the way, I’ve supported beloved kids’ series like Teletubbies, Polly Pocket, and Bob the Builder as a creative services producer for WildBrain Television.

I live near Toronto with her husband Jon and our two little adventurers, Lily and Beckett.
